Through our partnership with our customers in the pharmaceutical industry, we have carefully put together a documentation package to meet the highest standards for the delivery of processing systems for this industry. 

For solutions for other industries we put together – based on the required documentation – a complete documentation package that exactly matches the given solution.

Procedure descriptions that form the basis of all handling and checks are included in our internal quality control. Our quality control starts from the moment we receive the raw materials and continues through the production process right up until the final product whose welds, surface finishes and other aspects are all carefully checked in accordance with the contract.

We know how important it is to keep our certifications updated and all our welders are certified in accordance with DS/EN 287-1 including PED certification:

Our welding procedures comply with EN 288-3 including PED certification.

We have a further PED type certification on our dimple jackets for cooling and heating as well as permission to restamp in accordance with Notice 564/71 - 746/87 - 43/99 and 743/99 for materials.
