Rutek A/S was set up in 1980 by Ivar Lildal and later handed over to his son Steen Lildal. In 2008, the company was sold to mechanical engineer Martin Ketil Bak.

Since its inception, Rutek A/S has specialised in the manufacture of stainless welded constructions, including PED-certified special tanks and pressure vessels for the food, chemical and pharmaceutical industries.

Rutek A/S also has wide experience in the design of complete processing systems, production of high-capacity dimple jackets for cooling and heating with or without PED certification, heat exchangers and end and cone bottoms for the tank industry.

We also offer on-site installation and repair at very competitive prices. 

Rutek A/S staff are highly qualified and all welders are certified in accordance with DS/EN287-1.
