Every report is handled with care and confidentiality.
We strive to conduct our business in a responsible and transparent manner. Anyone within or outside Beritech is welcome to report a concern, whether it relates to unethical behaviour, violations of our policies or other serious matters.

The Beritech whistleblower system is a confidential channel through which anyone can raise concerns about suspected violations of laws or Beritech's policies. This includes issues relating to corruption, financial fraud, health and safety, discrimination, harassment or other serious misconduct.
Anyone, whether you are an employee, a client, a supplier or another external party. You do not need to be directly involved in the matter you are reporting.
Yes. You can submit a report without identifying yourself. All reports are handled confidentially regardless of whether they are anonymous or not.
You will receive a confirmation once your report has been submitted. Your report will be reviewed by a designated person within Beritech and further action will be determined. If you choose not to report anonymously, it gives us the opportunity to follow up with you directly. This often helps us better understand the concern and take more effective action.
The system is intended for serious concerns only. It is not for general HR matters such as salary, performance or holidays, commercial disputes or job applications. These should be directed to the relevant contact at Beritech.
